Cost and Payment Information

  Concierge Vasectomy provides comprehensive care for your vasectomy, from the pre-operative evaluation and consultation, to the procedure itself and the aftercare. The antibiotics, pain medication prescription and home testing kits you need are all provided. The procedure is done in your own home or a similarly comfortable environment and is provided for the low cost of $3,500. We accept debit/credit cards and Flex spending accounts (FSA). The full payment of $3,500 is required at the time of booking. Some insurance plans may cover some of the cost of your vasectomy. While we do not accept insurance, we will provide you with a written procedure note signed by the doctor that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. They may reimburse you for some of the cost of the procedure. 10% discounts are provided for multiple procedures done together (eg., two or more patients undergoing the procedure at the same time). Significant travel distances (driving more than one hour, flying to a client etc.) may result in a negotiable increase in the stated rate. A consultation that does not proceed to a vasectomy, will result in a refund of $3000.
